Despite the wind we’ve had this week fishermen are finding fish in 18-22′ straight out from Warroad, and East of the DNR Reef. Use Your electronics to find them, and jig with a frozen shiner to bring them in!
08-26-20 Lake of the Woods Fishing ReportFishing at the Northwest Angle, the last few days, has been awesome. Tons of eater size walleyes are being pulled up. Most fish were in 24-26 feet in the mud. Spinners and crawlers have proven most effective, but if the wind is blowing, jigging in the rocks seems to be the best technique.
