Just wanted to say thanks for shipping this over to me. I think that was just super fantastic. It is maybe the best case of customer service I have ever had. Very very cool and I really appreciate it. Richard JacobsonI decided to do an overhaul on my archery gear this year since I was planning on spending more time in the woods. I went into The Woods not knowing exactly what I wanted. The customer service was great, helping me decide exactly what I need for the woods. What wasn’t in stock was ordered and at the store very quickly. I didn’t find myself with any unnecessary purchases, either. It was all and all a great experience and it gave me the confidence and the tools to spend countless hours in the woods and I didn’t have to do the long drive to another store. Kyle NowackiThe reason I have been a repeat customer of The Woods in Warroad over the years is their commitment to quality service, quality products, & competitive prices. I know when I call The Woods, I get a knowledgeable salesperson that has actually used the product out in the field that they are recommending to me. Any organization can sell products but the commitment to quality service is what keeps me coming back. JamieNick and his staff at The Woods are simply the best. Their knowledge and expertise sets them apart from all others. From fishing silver salmon in Alaska to shooting doves in Argentina to fishing walleyes on Lake of the Woods, The Woods staff has been able to help me out with all of my needs. They truly care about getting each and every customer outfitted with the proper gear, and back to the outdoors. They are simply the best at what they do, period. MattI needed to get an Ice Fishing house for Christmas, something portable that can transport easily. We did a little research on the internet and found the Eskimo Quickfish 2i Portable Fishing Shelter was probably a good choice. I arrived at The Woods at 9:01 am Monday. Brent was awesome to work with explaining that a 2 man ice house is really tight for ‘2 men’ so he hooked me up with the 3 Man for less money than what the cheapest Quickfish 2i was selling for on the internet. Thank you for having someone knowledgeable on staff and for having the products needed in inventory!Brent does an awesome job and is very professional and I always feel comfortable working with him!
