The Clam Leech Flutter Spoon delivers a slow, tantalizing fall that perfectly mimics a wounded leech or baitfish drifting toward the bottom. Designed with a lightweight, environmentally friendly zinc alloy body, this spoon tumbles and flutters back and forth on the fall, staying in the strike zone longer and triggering hesitant fish to commit.
What truly sets the Leech Flutter Spoon apart is its industry-first feathered treble hook, which adds lifelike movement even when the spoon is barely moving. That subtle pulse and flare continues to work during pauses, making this lure deadly for neutral or pressured fish. Whether you’re fishing clear water with natural metallic finishes or stained water with bold UV glow colors, the Leech Flutter Spoon delivers unmatched finesse and flash under the ice.
Zinc Alloy lures are a great choice for anglers seeking a larger visual profile, a slower and more natural fall for suspended fish, and an affordable lead-free alternative to traditional tackle materials. Zinc works particularly well in spoons, larger jigs, and other reaction-style presentations.
The larger body and lower density create a more controlled descent for suspended fish.
Zinc Alloy is lighter allowing for more action when jigging up and down the water column.
Zinc Alloy is less dense than lead or tungsten, resulting in a larger lure for the same weight.
Zinc Alloy contains no lead and poses less risk to wildlife if lost.
