The Winchester Repeating Arms XPR Thumbhole Varmint SR 6.5 PRC combines the XPR bolt-action platform with a fixed black laminate thumbhole stock and a 24-inch threaded barrel. The chromoly steel barrel is precision button-rifled and free-floating to help eliminate accuracy-robbing pressure points. Winchester’s M.O.A. Trigger System uses polished and hardened carbon-steel components, while the drilled-and-tapped chromoly steel receiver is ready for compatible scope bases. The three-lug chromoly steel bolt has a short 60-degree lift and a nickel Teflon coating for smooth operation and corrosion resistance. Additional features include a two-position safety, bolt unlock button, cocking indicator, Inflex Technology recoil pad, and detachable single-stack box magazine.
